Pixel Lineage: Arena Guide to Duels and Equalized Builds
Enter level-20 Arena, understand daily attacks and AI opponents, and prepare for reduced build effects, no Potions, and the HP-fraction timeout.
Enter Pixel Lineage Arena from the castle near the Market at level 20. You attack AI-controlled saved hero builds, with five attacks per day and a 20-round limit, so prepare for the mode's equalization and rules instead of expecting an ordinary adventure fight.
This gameplay video shows the interface and turn-based rhythm that the following choices use.
Choose a duel with the real daily limit in mind
The game offers three nearby-rating opponents to choose from. Their saved heroes are controlled by AI. You have five attacks daily, resetting on the UTC day; defenses are unlimited.
Use the choice to consider the opponent's build rather than treating all three as identical. The attack limit makes each entry a limited opportunity, while an unlimited number of defenses does not give you extra player-initiated attacks.
| Rule | Practical consequence |
|---|---|
| Level 20 access | A new low-level hero cannot enter yet |
| No Potions | Do not depend on adventure potion recovery |
| No Cheat Death | Lethal-hit safeguards do not supply that escape |
| Twenty-round limit | Timeout compares remaining HP fraction |
| Run forfeits | Exiting is a loss rather than a safe retreat |
Equalization narrows the raw power difference
Base power is equalized, with at most a 15% real-power edge. Build stats and Legendary Powers count at half strength, while class and moves still shape the build. Thorns is capped at 15%.
This means a larger ordinary stat number is not a direct prediction of the duel. Consider the class actions and the effects that remain useful under the mode's reductions. Read full-strength adventure item effects as context, not the exact Arena outcome.
The timeout compares proportions, not raw health totals
After 20 rounds, the higher remaining HP fraction wins. A hero with more absolute HP remaining is not automatically ahead if its maximum HP is much larger. The proportion matters when the fight reaches the limit.
Survival and pressure therefore both belong in the plan. A build that holds health but cannot make progress can reach the timeout; a build that deals damage but falls too quickly never gets to use that comparison.
A loss does not consume the adventure life resource
Arena losses cost rating only. That separates ranked duels from adventure losses that consume a hero life. Use the mode to understand its own matchups and reward loop, while keeping the five daily attack entries in mind when choosing opponents.
